Actor John Abraham has confirmed his‍ involvement ⁢in the Rakesh Maria biopic and‌ revealed⁢ details about ‌his upcoming film, Munkeeman.‍ The announcements came during the launch of ‘Lakadbaggha: The Prologue,’‌ a graphic novel by Anshuman Jha, based on his film Lakadbaggha.

Abraham, sporting a new mustache, confirmed ⁤that‌ his look was ⁣indeed for‍ the Rakesh Maria biopic, directed by Rohit Shetty. He kept details brief, only saying that the experience of ‌filming was “very good.”

In addition to the biopic, Abraham⁤ is⁣ also working on Munkeeman ​with Abhishek Sharma, who directed Parmanu. The film is based on Sharma’s comic book, which draws inspiration from the Monkey ‌Man incident that occurred‍ in Delhi in 2001.
