Mr. Byrne was the beloved husband of the late Maeve and son of the late John and Bridget Byrne. He is survived by his sons, Eoin, Diarmaid, and Cormac, as well as his sisters, Mary and Breege. He also leaves behind his daughter-in-law, Laura, and granddaughters, Maeve and Moira, along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
A statement released by the family expressed their deep sadness at his passing, stating, “Sadly missed by his loving sons, sisters, daughter-in-law, grand-daughters, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. May he rest in Peace.”
Reposing will take place at Hiney’s Funeral Home, Crossmolina, on Monday evening, , from 5:00 PM, with removal at 7:00 PM to St. Cormac’s Church, Moygownagh.
