Calling all fitness enthusiasts! If you love working out or want to start a new routine, we have something for you. Starting January 1, 2025, join us for four weeks of full-body workouts that will enhance your strength, endurance, and mobility.
The Good Moves Club Winter Challenge is open to anyone ready to kick off the new year strong! Each workout is crafted by certified personal trainer Or Artzi, CPT, an instructor at Equinox and creator of the fitness platform Orriors. Here’s what you’ll receive:
- 4 weeks of new workouts for everyone, from beginners to fitness veterans. Each workout lasts about 30 minutes, requires minimal equipment (just a towel or dumbbells), and can be done at home—no gym membership needed. Each week includes 4 strength workouts, 1 active recovery session, and 2 rest days, plus warm-ups.
- Daily newsletters to keep you motivated. We take away the guesswork. You will receive your daily routine via email each morning, so you know exactly what to do.
- Extra motivation in our private Facebook group. Join the Good Moves Club Facebook group to connect with workout buddies and get exclusive tips from Artzi.
