JPMorgan’s filippo Gori to Keep EMEA Role After New York Move

JPMorgan Chase’s European chief,Filippo Gori,is planning a relocation to New York while maintaining his position overseeing the bank’s business in Europe,the Middle East,and Africa (EMEA). Gori, who also serves as co-head of global banking, had moved to London from Hong Kong last year after being promoted.
Despite the move, a source indicated that Gori will spend at least half his time in the EMEA region for the remainder of the year, ensuring his continued presence among employees and clients. UK regulators were reportedly aware of the potential relocation when Gori was appointed EMEA chief executive in 2024.
