BOSTON –⁤ Aaron‍ Judge shouldered the⁤ blame after the ⁣new York Yankees were swept‍ by the boston Red Sox in a three-game series.The Red Sox capped ‍the series with a 2-0‌ victory sunday,leaving the‍ Yankees reeling.

Judge, usually a dominant force, ‌admitted his struggles at the ‍plate contributed to the team’s woes. He ‍went 1-for-12 in⁢ the series and struck ‌out‌ three or more times in each game, marking only the third time in his career he‍ has‍ done ​so in‌ three ‌straight games. The Yankees’ offensive output was ⁤anemic, matching their lowest run total in‍ a ⁢three-game⁢ series at Fenway Park since 1922,⁤ with just four runs⁤ scored.

“You got to swing at ​strikes,” Judge said, acknowledging his missteps. “That usually‌ helps any hitter when you swing at strikes…taking some hacks just ​trying to make somthing happen.”
