Judicial Power Receives Top Honor at 16th Provincial Quality Award Ceremony

On Friday, the 16th edition of the “Provincial Quality Award” took place. The highest award was given to the Judiciary. Juan José Victoria, a Minister of the Court, represented the Judiciary at the event. The ceremony was led by Roberto Gutiérrez, Minister of Economy, Finance and Treasury, Gustavo Emilio Fernández, Minister of Production, Fabricio Echegaray, Secretary of Digital Transformation and State Modernization, and Martín Palisa, Director of the San Juan Agency for Investment Development.

The Penal Judicial Office won the top award for Public Agencies, receiving the Provincial Quality Award. The Digital Communications and Data Analysis area from the Civil Judicial Office received a Gold Mention. The Judicial Office for Tax Executions earned a Silver Mention. The Forensic and Criminalistics Scientific Complex received a Participation Certificate.

Fifty-four private and public agencies participated in this important award, all working to improve processes, systems, and quality. This year, thirty-five professionals evaluated the processes, systems, and improvements in quality standards for products and services.

The Forensic and Criminalistics Scientific Complex received Gold Mention in 2018, 2019, 2022, and 2023. The Office of Alternative Measures (OMA) and the Penal Judicial Office received Silver Mention in 2022 and 2023, along with the Digital Communications and Data Analysis Office in 2023. The Peace Tribunal of Chimbas won the highest award, the Provincial Quality Award, in 2018.

In 2023, the Civil Judicial Office’s Evidence Management agency and Labor Office No. 1 received Bronze Mention. Additionally, the Office of Hearing Management (OGA) of the Special Flagging Procedure won the Gold Award for Excellence in Quality Management in 2019. This was the first prize in the National Quality Award for Judicial Management, awarded by the Ministry of Justice of the Nation.
