Two senior Supreme Court judges for the Full Court Bench wrote to the Chief Justice on the 26th Constitutional Amendment. Justice Mansoor Shah and Justice Muneeb, who are members of the Practice and Procedure Committee, wrote a letter to Chief Justice Yahya Afridi to file the 26th Amendment case in the full court as per the decision of the Judges Committee.

Justice Mansoor Shah and Justice Muneeb, who are members of the Practice and Procedure Committee, have written a letter to Chief Justice Yahya Afridi and asked him to file the 26th Amendment case in the full court as per a decision the Judges Committee.
The letter from the two senior judges said that at the committee meeting on October 31, it was decided to file the 26th Amendment case in full court, but despite the committee’s decision, a list of cases was not published.
The letter further stated that the 2 judge meeting had decided that the case against the 26th Amendment would be heard by the full court on November 4 and the decision of the 2 judge committee still stands.
According to the letter written by the judges, implementing the decision made at the committee meeting, the list of cases should be published and petitions against the 26th amendment should be placed before the full court in the same week.
In their letter, Justice Mansoor and Justice Muneeb Akhtar also directed the registrar to release the minutes of the October 31 meeting on the website.
