Junan County Experimental Kindergarten Strengthens Food Safety Management
On September 3, Junan County Experimental Kindergarten held a food safety work meeting to further strengthen food safety management, improve canteen operations, and enhance the quality of children’s meals.
The meeting emphasized the importance of adhering to the bottom line of food safety and improving service quality. It also required refining the work process to ensure safety measures are implemented throughout, standardizing the disinfection process, and maintaining detailed sample retention records. Food hygiene regulations must be strictly observed during food processing, and the work process must be standardized in accordance with food safety regulations.
Teacher representatives shared their views on the children’s dining situation and provided constructive suggestions. The discussion focused on ensuring balanced nutritional meals for children through the scientific combination of quantitative recipes and meals, promoting healthy growth, and making the dietary structure more diversified and scientifically reasonable.
