Aon, a professional services firm, has appointed Andy Marcell as CEO of Global Solutions. Marcell will oversee integrated risk and human capital capabilities, reporting to Aon President and CEO Greg Case. Simultaneously occurring, Advisors Asset Management (AAM) welcomed Lindsay DeGrazia as managing director, head of alternative investments distribution.
