Juventus taps WhiteBIT as Sleeve Sponsor in Crypto Expansion
Juventus, the Italian soccer powerhouse, has named WhiteBIT, a European cryptocurrency firm, as its new sleeve sponsor. The three-year global partnership underscores the team’s continued embrace of the crypto market. Simultaneously occurring, in England, Everton Football Club has selected Seat Unique as a founding partner for its new stadium, focusing on premium fan experiences.
The WhiteBIT logo will appear on Juventus’ kits starting with the FIFA Club World cup match against Al Ain on Wednesday. The agreement, reportedly valued at €5 million annually, runs through the 2027-28 season. WhiteBIT also becomes Juventus’ official cryptocurrency exchange partner, replacing Azimut, whose short-term deal concluded.
Juventus initially began the season without a sleeve partner after Zondacrypto’s deal expired. Previously, Bitget held the sleeve sponsorship for two seasons. WhiteBIT plans to collaborate with Juventus on digital content and fan engagement initiatives. The firm also has a partnership with Barcelona.
Earlier this year, Tether, a digital asset issuer, bought a minority stake in Juventus. In another deal, Jeep will return as Juventus’ front-of-shirt sponsor in a three-year agreement worth €69 million. Visit Detroit will also feature on the shirts.
In England, Everton has partnered with Seat Unique for its new 52,888-capacity stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock. Seat Unique will manage premium ticketing, offering match-by-match sales for bars, restaurants, and unique experiences. A highlight is the “Seat unique Experience” package,featuring cinematic ‘loge’ seating with reclining seats and private TV monitors.
Everton recently agreed to name the stadium Hill Dickinson stadium in a deal reportedly worth up to £10 million per year. The club anticipates over 1.4 million annual visitors. Seat Unique already partners with venues like Wembley Stadium and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Everton hopes to generate meaningful revenue from the new venue, costing around £800 million.
“Hill Dickinson Stadium will redefine expectations of what a premium experience in sport and entertainment can be,” said Angus Kinnear,everton chief executive.
Kinnear added that demand has already led to seasonal premium memberships selling out.Seat Unique’s platform will support this demand, delivering access to unforgettable experiences and attracting new fans.
