The happiness spread by BTS Jin is reaching the hearts of music fans around the world.

According to Spotify’s latest chart released on the 26th, Jin’s new song ‘I’ll Be There’ was streamed more than 4.69 million times on the day of its release and entered for the first time at 9th place in ‘Daily Top Song Global’ (as of October 25th). With this, Jin broke the highest record for his solo song on Spotify. His previous highest ranking on this chart was #17 (The Astronaut).

Gin is also very popular in Japan. ‘I’ll Be There’ went straight to No. 1 on Oricon’s ‘Daily Digital Single Ranking’ on the same day. The digital single ‘Super Tuna’ he released on the 11th also topped this chart. Jin continued to prove his strong presence by placing new songs at number one on the Oricon charts.

‘I’ll Be There’ is also sweeping the iTunes charts. This song has so far ranked first on iTunes’ ‘Top Songs’ in a total of 70 countries/regions, including Japan, Brazil, and Australia. It also ranked among the top in the US, UK, France, Canada, and Germany. Thanks to this momentum, ‘I’ll Be There’ maintained the top spot on the ‘Worldwide iTunes Song’ and ‘European iTunes Song’ charts for two consecutive days (as of the 25th and 26th).

‘I’ll Be There’ is a pre-released song from Jin’s solo album ‘Happy’, which will be released at 2 PM on the 15th of next month. The upbeat rockabilly (a genre that mixes rock and roll and country music) sound raises the listener’s heart rate. It contains Jin’s desire to give strength through a song that conveys happiness when you feel tired and alone.

Meanwhile, Jin posted a live clip of ‘I’ll Be There’ on the team’s official YouTube channel at 6 PM yesterday (26th), cheering ARMY (fandom name). Jin’s vocals combined with the band sound doubled the pleasant atmosphere of the song. Jin’s live performance, which boasts a wide vocal range, is receiving rave reviews from fans.
