Responsibilities
The Event & Marketing Manager will be the primary contact for planning, organizing, and executing events and educational projects, ensuring a smooth process from initial concept to accomplished implementation.
Event Management & Educational Projects
- Conceive, plan, and implement network meetings, political events, themed gatherings, and educational projects, including workshops, training courses, webinars, and in-person events.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote events and educational offerings.
- Build and maintain networks with lecturers, educational institutions, and relevant stakeholders in professional and political education.
- Coordinate closely with participants, partners, and service providers for seamless execution.
- Manage all organizational details, both on-site and online.
- Analyze and evaluate events for continuous betterment.
Marketing & Communication
- Create and process marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and programs.
- Maintain and update the organization’s website, focusing on events and educational offerings.
