SHKP acting general manager Wu Zhiyuan announced that the first price list of SHKP’s (00016) Kai Tak’s “Celestial Sky” project involves 182 units, with an average price per square foot of NT$19,668 after deducting a 13.5% discount for cash payment methods.
The admission unit is an open-style unit with a usable area of 240 sq. ft. and a price of NT$476,500. The actual price per square foot unit at market discount is a two-bedroom unit with a usable area of 509 sq. ft. and a price per square foot of NT$17,015.
The unit with the highest price per square foot is a one-bedroom unit with a usable area of 299 sq. ft. and a price per square foot of NT$24,042. The project’s demonstration unit will open on Wednesday, and tickets are expected to be collected as soon as Friday.
The project is located in Towers 3, 5, and 6, with 7 open-plan units, 74 units of one-bedroom units, 100 units of two-bedroom units, and 1 unit of four-bedroom units. All units are part of the Elite Zone, offering luxurious living spaces with premium finishes and modern amenities.
