The competition assessment was organized by the Provincial Department of Emergency Management and was conducted by temporarily selecting simulated accident site locations and issuing accident simulation conditions and instructions through the National Emergency Comprehensive Business System. After the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau received the order, the accident scene commanders and technical support personnel quickly arrived at the accident simulation site to start operations. They used mobile front-end communication equipment such as drones and control balls to quickly transmit audio and video information from the simulated accident site in accordance with the competition assessment requirements.
