All-media reporter Zhao Hailong and correspondent Zhang Ke reported that on the morning of October 25, in accordance with the requirements of the “100-Day Action Plan for the Henan Provincial Emergency Management System Emergency Response All-Staff Training and Competition”, the Henan Provincial Emergency Management Department “quickly pushed” to the Kaifeng Emergency Management Bureau “On-site video footage of emergency response” subject drills were conducted for competitive assessment.

The competition assessment was organized by the Provincial Department of Emergency Management and was conducted by temporarily selecting simulated accident site locations and issuing accident simulation conditions and instructions through the National Emergency Comprehensive Business System. After the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau received the order, the accident scene commanders and technical support personnel quickly arrived at the accident simulation site to start operations. They used mobile front-end communication equipment such as drones and control balls to quickly transmit audio and video information from the simulated accident site in accordance with the competition assessment requirements. Push it to the command center of the Provincial Emergency Management Department.

The participants of the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau worked together and cooperated closely to achieve synchronized and real-time transmission of audio and video between the scene and the provincial and municipal emergency command centers, which met the requirements of the competition assessment plan and was well received by the leaders of the Provincial Emergency Management Department.

Teng Yong, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, participated in the organization and implementation of the competition assessment throughout the entire process, and led the participants to review and summarize the competition assessment.
