KakaoTalk Chaos: 5th Glitch This Year – Users Left Frustrated by Message Delays
KakaoTalk Error: Delay in Sending and Receiving Messages
KakaoTalk Users Experienced 7-Minute Delay in Sending and Receiving Messages
Kakao announced that some users experienced a delay in receiving and sending KakaoTalk messages for 7 minutes from 9:24 am on the 20th. This is the fifth error this year.
According to Kakao, from 9:24 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., there was a login error on the PC version of Kakao Talk and instability in sending and receiving messages on the mobile and PC versions.
“We responded immediately and completed a full recovery by 9:30,” Kakao said.
However, it appears that the unstable service continued, as the number of KakaoTalk rooms that were checked did not disappear until 9:50 a.m. for some users and received notifications of confirmed messages.
