PSG Wins Fourth Consecutive League Game with Lee Kang-in’s Impressive Performance

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) secured their fourth consecutive league win, defeating Brest 3-1 in the 2024-2025 Ligue 1 4th round home game at Parc des Princes in Paris, France.

With this win, PSG has collected 12 points, maintaining their position as leaders in the league.

Lee Kang-in’s Outstanding Performance

Lee Kang-in, who started as PSG’s right wing, demonstrated his skills alongside Fabian Luiz and Ruben Neves in midfield.

Lee Kang-in showcased his speed and agility, leading PSG’s attack by moving through the center and down the right flank. His impressive performance included sensitive passing and de-pressing, announcing his attendance for the starting position.

Lee Kang-in created several notable scenes with right-back defender Ashraf Hakimi and striker Ousmane Dembele, including a series of short passes in the 16th minute of the first half.

In the 38th minute, Dembele received a pass from Lee Kang-in and attempted a left-footed shot from the right penalty area, narrowly missing the left goal post.

PSG’s Comeback Victory

With the score tied at 1-1 in the second half, Lee Kang-in’s long ball towards Neves led to Marco Asensio’s goal, which was initially disallowed due to offside. However, the counter-attack sparked by Lee Kang-in’s pass put pressure on Brest’s defense.

PSG dominated the game, possessing up to 70% of the ball, and eventually turned the game around with Fabian Luiz’s sensational left-footed mid-range shot in the 28th minute of the second half.

A minute later, Dembele scored the second goal with his left foot, securing PSG’s 3-1 victory.

Lee Kang-in’s Statistics

According to SOFA Score, Lee Kang-in played a crucial role in the attack, with a success rate of 94% and two kill passes, earning him a rating of 7.5 points.

He ranked third in the team after Dembele and Luiz, demonstrating his significant contribution to PSG’s win.
