The special lecture, held at the Chuncheon Education and Culture Center on December 19th, was a direct response to a request from the high school. President Jeong, who has deep ties to Chuncheon after settling there in 2003 and raising his children in the city, emphasized the university’s strengths and future vision.

“Thanks to the government’s continued investment, Kangwon National University has excellent student-related facilities such as libraries and dormitories,” President Jeong stated. “Although Kangwon National University’s tuition is cheaper than other private universities,the educational cost per student is higher.”
