K-Pop Star Karina Sets Sights on Acting in 2025 Tarot Reading

K-pop sensation Karina of the girl group aespa is looking beyond the stage and into the world of acting, according to a recent tarot card reading.

Broadcaster Lee Yong-jin, known for his insightful readings, predicted a shining future for Karina in 2025, encompassing not only music but also acting opportunities.

“All the projects in your mind will go well,” Lee Yong-jin told Karina during a YouTube appearance on his channel ‘Yongtaro’. “You’ll have opportunities not only as a singer, but also in other fields.I think you can act.”

Karina, who recently landed a role in a commercial drama, expressed surprise and excitement at the prediction. lee Yong-jin further encouraged her, stating, “You’ll be good at acting. You have a lot of talent. You basically have broadcasting-related skills. If you try it, you’ll do well.”

This year, Karina has been making waves in the entertainment industry, appearing on popular shows like Netflix’s ‘Mystery Inquiry Team’ and KBS’s ‘Synchronized You’, both of which featured Lee Yong-jin.

“This is the first time I’m doing a variety show properly,” Karina shared. “It may have been unrequited love, but personally, I really enjoyed it. I learned a lot and feel like I’m going out to have fun.”

Lee Yong-jin praised Karina’s enthusiasm, joking, “Now I can draw a beard or put toothpaste on my nose,” to which Karina responded with a laugh, “I really like dressing up with a bald head.”

The duo also discussed the possibility of a second season of ‘Synchronized U’, with Lee Yong-jin predicting its return.
