Kelly Rowland and Clifford “Method Man” Smith will star in Relationship Goals, a new romantic comedy set to be released by Amazon MGM Studios. The film explores the rekindling of a past romance amidst professional competition.
directed by Linda Mendoza and produced by DeVon Franklin,the film centers on Leah Caldwell (Rowland),a television producer poised to become the first woman to lead New York’s top morning show. Her career ambitions face an unexpected challenge when her former partner, Jarrett Roy (Smith), applies for the same position.
Jarrett asserts he has undergone meaningful personal growth, attributing his transformation to the principles outlined in the New York Times bestselling book, Relationship Goals. He aims to demonstrate his readiness for both a leadership role and a renewed romantic connection with Leah.
