SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Despite a stellar performance from their freshman duo,the Kennesaw State Owls fell to the Santa Clara Broncos 94-74 on Wednesday night. Turnovers proved to be the Owls’ undoing, as Santa clara capitalized on 23 KSU miscues for a whopping 31 points.
Freshmen Adrian Wooley and Braedan Lue combined for 43 points, with Wooley leading the way with 25. This marks Wooley’s second consecutive game with 20+ points, showcasing his emerging offensive prowess. Lue chipped in 18 points on an efficient 7-of-11 shooting performance.
