Brooklyn DeLeye Leads Kentucky With 22 Kills

Kentucky outside hitter Brooklyn DeLeye recorded a match-high 22 kills on 62 total attacks while hitting .242. She added three service aces, three block assists, and four digs, finishing with 26.5 total points for the visitors.

Teammate Morgan Gaerte contributed 11 kills and two block assists, while Lizzie Carr added 10 kills and four block assists. Setter Kassie O’Brien directed the Kentucky offense with 43 assists, collected nine digs, and scored five points through three block assists and a service ace.

Kentucky Wins Deciding Set Against Florida

Kentucky compiled 53 team kills against 31 errors on 166 total attacks for a .133 hitting percentage. The squad added 50 assists, 10 service aces, 61 digs, and 18 block assists.

After Florida secured the third set 25–21, Kentucky leveled the match by winning the fourth set 25–21 on a .321 hitting clip. The visitors then dominated the deciding fifth set 15–8, holding Florida to a .000 hitting percentage in the final frame.

Molly Tuozzo Leads Kentucky Digs

Molly Tuozzo anchored the Kentucky back row with a team-high 21 digs, alongside three service aces and five assists. Asia Thigpen chipped in 14 digs and two service aces, though she struggled offensively with four kills and eight errors.

Kennedy Washington contributed five block assists at the net for Kentucky. Sidney Burley added one service ace and six digs during four sets of action.
