In addition to the aparthotel, the plans include:

- A function room
- internal alterations to the existing building
- Changes to the front elevation
- Demolition of existing extensions at the rear of the building
- Construction of a new, three-story extension at the back
- Development of 22 residential units on a vacant, greenfield site behind the existing building.
