Morning Clinic and Practice
In the morning, several members participated in a clinic at a certain place. We practiced based on the contents of that clinic. There were only five participants, and we were able to share and discuss things we didn’t know before.
Afternoon Practice with Guest Teams
Today, we had people from other teams join the practice for the first time, so a total of 14 participants worked up a sweat. The practice content included:
- Basic passing practice
- Moving passing practice using cones
- Basic shooting practice
- Shooting by dropping the ball to the pivot
- Shooting practice with a defender in the area
- Walking football using a back step
