On September 25th (Wednesday), a blind soccer experience session was held for approximately 60 elementary school teachers at Matsumoto City Shimizu Elementary School as part of the Matsushiochiku Elementary School Curriculum Research Council’s “Special Needs Education.” Yamaga BFC Medical Representative Nakazawa and Matsumoto Yamaga Sports Club staff were in charge of the training.
Representative Nakazawa began by telling the participants that in this training session, they should emphasize “communicating,” “listening,” and “feeling compassion.”
I thought the students would start out with awkward movements due to the fear and difficulty of wearing an eye mask, but as expected from the teachers at the site, they actively talked to them and held strategy meetings, and they were able to quickly move smoothly. It became.
Although the session was shorter than usual, the work allowed for the ingenuity of each of the 10 groups to be felt.
At the end, a penalty shootout was held in which players had to shoot at a mini-goal from a distance of about 5 meters, and the participants cheered and had fun with smiles on their faces.

Thank you very much to everyone who participated.
We appreciate your continued understanding and cooperation in Matsumoto Yamaga’s activities.
