Pyongyang – Kim Jong Un was seen with tears in his eyes during a ceremony Sunday honoring North Korean soldiers who died fighting alongside Russian forces in Ukraine. The event at the East Pyongyang Grand Theater marked the first anniversary of a military treaty between Pyongyang and Moscow.
