The teen, son of former Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann and former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak, faces serious criminal charges stemming from an April 23 encounter.
Grand Jury Indictment and Specific Charges
According to Fulton County Superior Court filings cited by FOX 5 Atlanta, the grand jury returned a seven-count indictment against Biermann Jr. on Thursday. The felony charges include aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, three counts of sexual battery against a child under 16, and false imprisonment. Investigators state that the teenager unlawfully restrained a 15-year-old girl and subjected her to forced sexual acts. The incident allegedly occurred inside a local changing room after the two met at a facility café, according to police records.
Investigation Details and Police Timeline
Authorities opened the criminal investigation following an encounter on April 23 at the Life Time Fitness located on North Point Parkway, as reported by FOX 5 Atlanta. Police state that Biermann Jr. led the victim into the family changing area of the facility. Following the incident, medical staff examined the victim at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Police records note that subsequent medical tests revealed no male DNA on the victim. Law enforcement officers later arrested Biermann Jr. on Aug. 17.

Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak issued a public statement defending her son, describing the claims as reckless and deeply troubling
in remarks provided to TMZ. Zolciak stated that her son passed a voluntary polygraph examination and categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged,
