Kim zolciak and Kroy Biermann are attempting to reconcile, dismissing their divorce case just days after explosive allegations surfaced. Court documents show the couple filed a joint motion to dismiss on Feb. 21, effectively halting the divorce proceedings that began in May 2023.

Zolciak, 47, had accused Biermann, 39, of “angry and emotional outbursts” and possible mental health issues in court filings just days before calling off the divorce. She claimed his behavior posed a threat to their children: Kroy “KJ” Jr., 14, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star also alleged Biermann exhibited “bouts of physical violence” and “extreme sexual promiscuity.”

This reconciliation attempt follows a tumultuous period for the couple.Earlier this year, U.S. Marshals evicted Zolciak and Biermann from their Georgia mansion after it was foreclosed and sold at auction in December 2024 for $2.7 million. The new owners took legal action after the couple remained in the home without permission.
This isn’t the first time the pair has reversed course on their divorce plans. They briefly tried to repair their marriage in July 2023 before resuming divorce proceedings. Zolciak also recently hinted at a new boyfriend.
