The new owners of the property initiated legal proceedings Dec.12, 2024, alleging that zolciak, 47, and Biermann, 39, were illegally occupying the premises after it was purchased at auction in December. Court documents indicate the couple was served with eviction paperwork Dec. 21, initiating a “proceeding against a tenant holding over.”
