Court documents ⁣indicate the ‍couple was served with eviction paperwork Dec. 21, initiating a “proceeding against a‌ tenant holding ⁤over.”

after months of noncompliance, four U.S.⁢ Marshals arrived at ⁤the​ residence at 3:30​ p.m. By 6:45 p.m., Zolciak and ⁣Biermann were⁢ officially “ejected”​ from ‍the property. The eviction ⁢adds to the couple’s mounting financial and marital woes, which have been publicly documented.
