King of the Hill Revival sets Hulu Premiere Date

The highly anticipated King of the Hill revival is coming too Hulu on August 4. The 10-episode season 14 marks the return of the Emmy-winning animated series after a 15-year hiatus. Fans can expect to see familiar faces and the same Texas charm that made the original a hit.
The new season finds Hank and Peggy Hill retired after years of working in Saudi Arabia. They return to Arlen, Texas, to reconnect with Dale, Boomhauer, and Bill. Thier son, Bobby, now 21, is pursuing his culinary dreams as a chef in Dallas, enjoying his twenties alongside former classmates Connie, joseph, and Chane.
Mike Judge, Kathy Najimy, pamela Adlon, Johnny Hardwick, Stephen Root, Lauren Tom, and Toby Huss are among the returning cast members for this King of the Hill revival.
The original King of the Hill series, set in Arlen, Texas, followed propane salesman Hank hill, his substitute teacher wife Peggy, and their unconventional son Bobby. Hank’s friends and neighbors rounded out the cast as they navigated life’s challenges.
The series ran for 13 seasons and over 250 episodes on Fox. All seasons are currently available for streaming on Hulu.
King of the Hill is executive produced by original co-creators Mike Judge and Greg Daniels, with Saladin Patterson serving as executive producer and showrunner. Michael Rotenberg, Howard Klein, and Dustin Davis also serve as executive producers.
