Kit Chi Advances to Semi-Finals with 3-1 Win Over Tai Po

Kit Chi defeated Tai Po 3-1 in the local senior group silver medal football match, advancing to the semi-finals.

Pei Zaiyu opened the scoring for Kit Chi in the 30th minute with a volley into the net. This was a significant moment for the team, especially after their 0-1 loss to Tai Po in the league last week.

Eight minutes later, Mingasov sent a forward pass, and Dimelov scored into an empty goal, giving Kit Chi a 2-0 lead at halftime.

Tai Po made changes to their lineup after the break, bringing in Chen Zhaojun and Igosato Toni to strengthen their offense. In the 52nd minute, Gabier scored a goal, narrowing the score to 1-2.

Kit Chi’s Brazilian defender scored again 10 minutes later, but the goal was disallowed due to offside. Macare made a close shot, but the goal was invalid.
