Katarina Johnson-Thompson, the Olympic silver medalist, has withdrawn from the Gotzis Hypo​ Meeting in Austria because of a minor injury. ‍The prestigious ⁤event, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday,‌ was set to be her first heptathlon competition as last year’s ⁢Paris Games. This withdrawal impacts her heptathlon preparation.
