Joe Nattawut Launches Jonoise Fish Sauce: A Delicious Addition to the Market
Meet Joe Nattawut, a 35-year-old fighter from Ya Mo Korat city, who has temporarily put down his gloves to launch a new product called boiled fish sauce under the brand name “Jonoise”.
Joe guarantees the freshness, cleanliness, and deliciousness of his product, which is produced in a factory with high standards and has been certified by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The Story Behind Jonoise Fish Sauce
Joe opened up about the beginning of the production of boiled fermented fish sauce for sale, which started as a family affair. He is a person who likes to try new things and hopes that this will be another source of additional income in the future.
“I usually like to eat papaya salad. I already like to cook. I spoke to my family about this matter. We’ve been planning to make and sell fermented fish sauce for almost a year. By helping each other think of the formula, we tried to do it ourselves several times until we found a factory we liked. So I immediately sent it to him for production. At the moment, there are many people ordering, and they are also sold in local shops.”
A Delicious and Versatile Product
“The product is boiled fish sauce, which can be used to cook curry. You can make papaya salad. It is delicious. Let’s talk about it if there is anything extra. Right now, I’m planning with my team, and I should be able to build something soon. Try to find lots of things to do. I started thinking about finding a way to get back home. So I had to find an additional career to support me.”
