khanevich hails from Ostrovets. While his father, an employee at RUE Beltelecom, hoped he would pursue a career in communications, Khanevich sought independence and chose to study in Minsk. After graduating with a specialty in metallurgical production and material processing, he was assigned to Schuchin to work with metals and alloys in the production of wires and cables at the Avtovodnyan plant.
“I had never heard of Schuchin before, but I really liked the city and the enterprise itself,” Khanevich said. “The team turned out to be pleasant, cheerful, and coordinated. It was a real start,and I was incredibly lucky – real professionals worked nearby who were happy to share their experience.” His initial stint lasted only three months before he entered military service.
Returning to ‘Auto Particular’
Following his service in the anti-aircraft missile forces, Khanevich decided to return to Schuchin and the “Auto Particular” team.
“I returned to the technical department as an engineer-technologist on material standards,” Khanevich explained. “Our team of nine is led by hurs Boris Ivanovich. Thanks to his support,I quickly became acquainted not only with the profession but also with the work team of the department.”
His primary responsibilities include developing consumption rates for materials, semi-finished products, and components for main production, as well as consumption rates for all technological operations. He also verifies and analyzes material consumption reports from the workshops, develops measures for saving materials, analyzes material consumption by weight, and participates in the implementation of the quality policy.

Independence and Financial Satisfaction
Khanevich’s desire for independence dates back to his childhood,which he says influenced his decision to work away from his parents’ home. He supplemented his university scholarship with part-time work. Now, he expresses satisfaction with his wages and the benefits provided by the company, noting he has already obtained a driver’s license in Schuchin and is saving for a car.
“I like that I can spend money on myself and relatives,and still a decent amount remains.This is a very pleasant feeling,” Khanevich said.

Despite a demanding workload,Khanevich finds time for hobbies,including playing guitar,taking vocal lessons,spending time with friends,and participating in sports.
“I love to both participate and root for colleagues from the department in sports like volleyball, basketball, swimming, and arm wrestling, which are held between the workshops. We strive to always be in the leaders,” Khanevich said. “In 2024,in the framework of the intra-factory Spartakiad,I was awarded the award ‘Athlete of the year’ – this is very pleasant.”

“I like to work in production, constantly learn something new, and I gladly respond to proposals to become an assistant or participant in festive events, labor landing, or patriotic action,” Khanevich said.“I think that if a person goes with pleasure to work and joyfully home, then that person is truly happy. ‘Auto Stuff’ is promising for young specialists: the plant is expanding, equipment is purchased, new technologies are being introduced, and orders are received. Here are good working conditions, and the acquired knowledge at the university, together with team support, can easily join the production process.
