Kuwaiti artist Meshal Al-Kamlas amputates his leg (VIDEO).
The Kuwaiti artist, Meshal Al-Kamlas (age 50), had his left leg amputated, his condition worsened by gangrene.
The well-known actor and director appeared in a hospital bed after the operation and said that doctors had to amputate his leg after his gangrene worsened.
Kuwaiti journalist, Nayef Al-Shamari, published a video clip of the artist Al-Kamlas, who explained some of the details of his injuries to his fans.
Al-Kamlas suffered from diabetes for years, and underwent treatments and surgeries during those years, before he surprised his fans by amputating his leg.
Al-Kamlas was born in 1974. He is a professor at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts besides participating in directing many serials, films and plays.
The list of series in which the Kuwaiti artist participated includes: “My Life Flowers,” “Play Others,” “Diwan Al-Sabil,” “A House Without Doors,” “Cute,” and in addition to the dramas “Village of Love” and “Governor and woodcutter.”
