Kyle Cooke has spoken out after audio from the Season 10 reunion of Summer House was leaked online, calling the incident a “bummer” and “unfortunate” for everyone involved in the production.
Cooke shared his thoughts on social media shortly after the audio surfaced, describing the reunion taping as one of the most intense sessions Andy Cohen has ever filmed. He noted that the day was emotionally charged and physically taxing, lasting approximately 12 hours, and said waking up to the leaked audio was disheartening for the cast and crew.
I don’t think this is something that we are going to make sense of anytime soon, but it’s unfortunate.

Cooke emphasized that the leaked clip does not reflect the full scope of the reunion, questioning why that particular segment was shared when there were more dramatic moments throughout the taping. He expressed frustration over the spread of conspiracy theories regarding the source of the leak, calling them “super frustrating and annoying.”
He confirmed that Bravo has launched a full-blown cyber investigation into the breach, stating that the network takes the incident “insanely seriously.” Cooke suggested that anyone responsible for the leak should “seek cover or counsel,” underscoring the seriousness with which Bravo is treating the matter.
Cooke also addressed speculation that a fellow cast member could be responsible, explaining that phones are not permitted on set during taping and must be stored behind pillows or cushions to avoid detection by cameras. This makes it unlikely that any of the stars captured the audio themselves.
This was not a phone on set. If you have a phone on set, it’s stuck behind a pillow or couch cushion, so the cameras can’t see it.

Instead, Cooke theorized that the leak may have originated from someone with access to the live feed on set who recorded the audio from a speaker. He noted that only a few rooms outside the main set have monitors connected to the live feed, limiting the pool of potential sources.
He ruled out the hair and makeup teams as possible sources, pointing out that they remain in dressing rooms throughout filming and do not have access to the set or audio feed. Cooke also dismissed the idea that producers, crew members, or Bravo staff would benefit from leaking the audio, calling such a move illogical given the risks involved.
I don’t really see why anyone would gain [from] having leaked this. That goes for producers, crew [and] Bravo.

Cooke added that anyone involved in the production who leaked the audio would be “literally risking their job,” and expressed confusion over why an outsider would target the show, given how highly restricted and secured the taping environment is. He reiterated that the investigation is ongoing and that Bravo is treating the breach as a serious violation of trust.
The leaked audio reportedly features Ciara Miller confronting Amanda Batula and West Wilson over their relationship, which had been a point of tension throughout the season. Cooke clarified in a separate post that when he used the term “schmuck” in the audio, he was directing it at West Wilson.
As of April 25, 2026, Bravo has not released any official findings from its investigation, and no individuals have been publicly identified or accused in connection with the leak. The incident has added strain to an already emotionally charged reunion, which Cooke described as a difficult experience for all participants.
