Just after 1 a.m. on Monday, officers were dispatched back to the same location following reports of gunfire.Upon arrival, they discovered a chaotic scene with eight people suffering from gunshot wounds.One man was pronounced dead at the scene, and seven others were transported to local hospitals for treatment. Tragically, a woman later succumbed to her injuries while receiving medical care.
