Isabella Hervey Finds Peace After Divorce Through Cycling, Fitness
Isabella Hervey, 43, says she is in a better place after her divorce from Belgian property entrepreneur Christophe de Pauw. The former reality TV star credits cycling with helping her find “peace and freedom” and overcome anxiety.

Hervey,daughter of the 6th Marquess of Bristol,reflected on her past struggles,including the deaths of her father and half-brother,and also her brother’s battle with drug abuse. She said that material possessions no longer define her happiness. “I don’t need much to be happy and I think people underestimate that,” hervey said.
After appearing on shows like BBC1’s Celebrity Masterchef and Channel 4’s The Games, Hervey is now focused on raising her three children: Victor, nine, Patrick, seven, and India, six.

Cycling played a crucial role in her decision to end her marriage. ”Cycling made me have the guts to leave my ex,” Hervey said, adding that it helped her gain clarity and overcome low self-esteem. She had previously battled bulimia as a young woman.

Hervey’s passion for cycling led to a relationship with a Portuguese cyclist,but the demands of single motherhood proved challenging. “My life has been very stressful for anyone to be in, and he came into my life at the moast stressful time, actually,” she said.

Having qualified as a personal trainer, sports nutritionist, and therapist, Hervey is now training clients and building a social media presence. Her goal is to create a fitness empire, offering boot camps, videos, and magazine content. ”I want to conquer the world,” Hervey said.
