“They come for the day, take stock,” Gauthier explained.”It can also be patients already hospitalized with us,returning home,and that we follow according to their pathology.”

“The mobile team, made up of a doctor, a coordinator nurse, two nurses and a psychologist, also intervenes in a dozen partner structures in the South Toulouse,” Gauthier added.
