Lamar Odom, former Los Angeles Lakers star, is set to appear in a new docuseries. The program will delve into his life and career,including his time in the National Basketball Association and his well-documented personal challenges.
Producer Jojo Ryder is working with Odom on the project.According to reports, several of Odom’s NBA peers, including Chris Paul, Dwyane Wade, and Trevor Ariza, will be featured. The docuseries promises an inside look at Odom’s basketball journey and the pressures of professional sports.
The series will also feature Liza Morales, Odom’s former partner and mother of his children Destiny, Lamar Jr., and the late Jayden. His marriage to Khloe Kardashian,previously covered on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and “Khloe and Lamar,” will also be revisited,offering new perspectives on their relationship.
A meaningful portion of the docuseries will address Odom’s battle with addiction. The series will explore the circumstances surrounding his near-fatal drug overdose at a Nevada brothel in 2016,examining the impact on his life and recovery efforts.
“I decided to tell my own truth through my documentary,” Odom said. “I think this will give my fans a look into my life and to understand who Lamar Odom is and hopefully I will be able to inspire people.”
Odom added that he believes the series will show his real story, diving deep into his childhood and roots. He acknowledged past mistakes, attributing them to his habitat.
In recent years, Odom’s personal life has seen both highs and lows.he was previously engaged to personal trainer Sabrina Parr, but they later split. Reports indicate they have since reconciled and vacationed together.
