Lancaster Christmas Day Shooting Leaves One Teen Dead,Four Injured
A 16-year-old boy was fatally shot adn four others sustained gunshot wounds during an incident in Lancaster,California,on December 25,2025. The shooting occurred shortly after 1:00 p.m. in the 1000 block of E. Angela Court, a residential area comprised of single-family homes.
Details of the Incident
According to a statement released by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to reports of a shooting at the location.Upon arrival,they discovered the 16-year-old victim,who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Along with the fatality, a 17-year-old girl, a 15-year-old boy, and two men, aged 19 and 29, were transported to a local hospital with injuries described as “non-life-threatening.”

As of late Thursday, December 26, 2025, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department indicated they do not anticipate releasing further updates at this time. The department’s Homicide Bureau is leading the investigation and is actively seeking data from the public.
