The world of Texas oilfields, as depicted in Taylor Sheridan’s Landman, made a splash on Paramount+, quickly becoming a hit streaming drama. With Emmy nominations potentially on the horizon, cast members have shared insights into the production of Season 2.
Billy Bob Thornton, while tight-lipped about specific plot details, told the Hollywood Reporter that filming commenced in April and is slated to conclude in August. He highlighted the addition of Sam Elliott to the cast, noting their long-standing relationship. Thornton also confirmed that Andy Garcia will have a more notable role in the upcoming season.
