Latest Las Vegas Bowl Projections
As the college football season comes to a close, new projections for the Las Vegas Bowl are emerging. Scheduled for December 27 at 7:30 p.m. at Allegiant Stadium, this year’s matchup will feature a team from the Pac-12 Conference against a representative from the SEC.
Current Projection: Washington vs. Missouri
The Washington Huskies (6-5) recently secured bowl eligibility after a 31-19 victory over UCLA. They are projected to compete in the Las Vegas Bowl, as noted by ESPN’s Mark Schlabach and 247Sports. Washington will take a break this week before facing off against top-ranked Oregon.
Also considered in projections are other former Pac-12 teams like Arizona State and Cal.
From the SEC, the Missouri Tigers (7-3) are the suggested team. They suffered a narrow 34-30 defeat to South Carolina, allowing a late touchdown. Missouri’s upcoming games include matches against Mississippi State and Arkansas.
Additional SEC teams appearing in projections include Florida, LSU, and Texas A&M.
