When coach Lee took office last February, he promised to ‘play baseball that brings laughter,’ and he kept that promise with the combined championship.

– “The baseball I pursue is to create a situation where players can go out on the field and play baseball while having fun and smiling, and I believe that players can achieve good results within that.”
Coach Lee, who served as a player and coach at KIA, maximized his skills by communicating with the players at their level.
We approached the players first, created a positive team atmosphere, and brought them together while respecting their opinions as much as possible.

The team management was also excellent.
