The classroom beyond the physical suggests a symbolic dimension that points us to the space of knowledge, transformation and development within a dynamic of joint learning. It is a formative landscape where all experiences come together, perspectives meet and dialogue takes place. Although it seems to take us to closed academic and educational contexts, it also has the dimension of the Greek agora, a space of coexistence, persuasion and discussion. From this formative retreat and from this dialogic use, the classroom is influenced by the good things and the bad things in the sociopolitical environment. Rebellion understood as a political asset in early citizenship, in the light of the learning and maturing process of reciprocity, does not match and accelerate causes that first require a prudent incubation of values ​​and attitudes.

School education in our country is a fundamental space to encourage civility, responsible citizenship and the importance of constructive critical reflection. Practical manifestations of disagreement and discussion must not lead to shortcuts of violence, aggression and cancellation. From there, education is not faked, change is not faked, collective meaning is not faked. Following this line, managers and representatives are not only called to produce responses, compassionate, but not responsible, but rather they are part of a multidimensional chain that makes education a channel of values , attitudes and actions that are functional to democracy and peaceful coexistence.

White overalls, Molotov cocktails, militant violence and speeches loaded with aggressive slogans are not part of civilization and are not part of the permissible margins for all civil disobedience. Anomie, anarchy, nihilism and the disregard of irrationality do not combine with education, with formative projection and with the rights and duties that arise from intelligence and knowledge put into practice. The greatest pain for a democratic society is not having descendants, not having children who strive for a better tomorrow. Education surpasses physical environments because from the beginning it offers transcendence and constructive mutuality; Hooding, hiding, throwing stones or bombs from an anonymous distance only accuses a lack of arguments, a lack of love for the country, a lack of prudence and civic maturity. Before, during and after, synergy, attitude training, and community and social educational awareness are necessary. We are part of a whole that deforms and forms, which requires clear and safe definitions to protect the body, the mind, freedom of thought, exercise and socializing. The processes should not be colored by the corrosive poison of hatred and polarization and the reason for this is that evil transcends each other and is inherited, destroying the soul of a country in the process.

Living together means educating and educating yourself, consenting and becoming aware of complex socio-political realities. A primary task for education that focuses on training citizens beyond the procedural, one that refers to substantive democracy. education that moves from the classroom to the agora, from receptive learning to active contribution. Security is the background to all responsible freedom, teachers are the support for a committed transfer of common and transcendent values ​​in favor of democracy, parents are the support and echo of all of the above in our daily, personal and protected. Chile seen this way is a classroom, which brings together diversities and reproduces the transformative energy it means to teach, an energy that reflects significant, necessary and gradual changes. The habitat and axis of this dynamic cannot be open to playing with the fire of that which breaks, alienates and destroys because when the game becomes real there will be no time to find the way out.
