Moon Jeong-man’s appointment has sparked conversations about the future of Jeju Island. As the new head of LH’s Jeju branch, he faces the challenge of balancing the island’s rapid development with the need to preserve its natural beauty.

The sale of Coastal Ranch and Cheonma Ranch is another pressing issue on Moon’s agenda. These large parcels of land in the mid-mountain area present both opportunities and challenges.
