Life University Women’s Rugby Joins WD1 League, Pioneering New Pathway for American Talent
Marietta, GA – Life University’s women’s rugby program is set to redefine the landscape of collegiate and club rugby in the united States, becoming the first program to simultaneously compete in both the College Rugby Association of America (CRAA) Division 1 and USA Club Rugby’s Women’s D1 (WD1) League. This groundbreaking move promises expanded opportunities, enhanced growth, and a clearer pathway to national contention for American women’s rugby players.The decision, lauded by leaders across the collegiate and club rugby spectrum, aims to foster excellence, and access for the next generation of American women’s rugby talent.
