The Los Angeles Police Department responded to reports of a nearly naked individual on Ventura Boulevard around 6 a.m. on August 21st. Records from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirm Hill’s arrest and detention at the Valley Jail in Van Nuys. Reports indicate Hill allegedly charged at officers, striking one in the face twice before being apprehended for battery on a police officer.
