Vaccination Points adn Schedule

The Limeira City Hall will host a vaccination⁢ drive this Saturday, ⁤October 4, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Vaccinations will be available at two locations: the UBS of Jardim Planalto ⁤and a drive-thru point at Parque Cidade.

The Jardim Planalto UBS will offer a range of multivalent vaccines,including the influenza vaccine. The Parque Cidade Drive-Thru, located near the ⁢skateboard park, will provide vaccines for dengue, COVID-19, influenza, and yellow fever. Access to the drive-thru will be via Gate A on Via Antônio Cruãnes ⁢Filho.

Required Documentation

Individuals seeking vaccination must present valid personal identification, a SUS (Unified Health System) card, proof of address, and‍ their vaccination card. Minors under 18 years⁤ of age must be ⁤accompanied by a parent or⁤ legal guardian.

Eligibility Criteria

Here’s a breakdown of who is eligible for each vaccine:

  • Influenza (Flu): Available to all individuals aged 6 months and older.
  • Dengue: Recommended for children and adolescents between⁤ 10 and 14 ‍years old.
  • COVID-19: Recommended for⁤ pregnant women, individuals aged 60 and over, and those with compromised immune systems. Children aged 6 months to 4 years require two doses, spaced four weeks apart. Individuals aged 5 to 59 without comorbidities do not require additional doses unless they fall into specific high-risk groups⁣ who are eligible for an annual booster.
  • yellow Fever: Recommended for children aged 9 months and older who have not been previously vaccinated or have not completed the two-dose vaccination schedule. Individuals who received only one dose before the age of 5 shoudl ⁣receive a ‍booster.⁤ Individuals over 60 years of age require a medical recommendation from a healthcare provider.
