Lin Yu-min Expected to Start Against South Korea

Lin Yu-min of the Arizona Diamondbacks, the only foreign pitcher among Taiwan’s team in the World Top 12 baseball tournament, stepped up to the plate yesterday in an exchange game with the Czech Republic. He completed the pitching job with 2 strikeouts and did not allow the batter to reach base. The fastest ball speed was 150 km.
Lin Yumin said that his physical condition was normal while pitching yesterday, and that the Czech team’s hitters are used to swinging the bat very actively to touch it.
