An extraordinary interspecies friendship has blossomed between a lion, a bear, and a tiger at the Zoo Atlanta. the animals,named Leo (African lion),Baloo (Asiatic black bear),and Shere Khan (Bengal tiger),were brought together after being rescued from an illegal private zoo and have formed an incredibly close bond.
The Rescue and Initial Cohabitation
In 2019, Leo, Baloo, and Shere Khan were rescued from a basement in Atlanta, Georgia, during a drug raid.The animals were found to be severely malnourished and in poor health.
